I find my way to my normal corner, in the back, far right. The lights go off and the music is turned on- it's deafening. I don't care who's watching- I don't care what I look like.
I close my eyes and lose myself in the music. I sweat. My muscles flex. I shake off the shitty day I've had, I forget about all the frustrations, annoyances, irritations and responsibilities. For one hour, it's just me. I don't need inspiration or motivation- it's just a part of me.
I leave feeling strong and satisfied. Pretty much the only constant in my life since I was about 16 years old was exercise. I want to see how it fits in your life.
So there it is friends, the theme for Week 18 is: Exercise.
