Deb and Ernie's Wedding Photos, Bavarian Manor Country Inn, Purling New York

When I arrived at the Bavarian Manor Country Inn and met Debra for the first time I felt as if I had known her for ages. She found me through Facebook when I photographed her nieces and nephew last year and has been in contact with me ever since. We had been emailing back and forth this past year, ever since she and her fiance Ernie got engaged. She SO wanted an engagement session but we just couldn't make our schedules meet up. A few weeks ago she announced that she and Ernie had set a date and even though it was going to be a very small wedding of only about 15 close family members, she had to have me there to capture the day. I was THRILLED!!

So, the day: warm, early October, bright blue skies, leaves starting to change- perfect. The Bavarian Manor Inn is quaint and close and was filled with her family. People scattered about the grounds, mingling in the halls, all the hustle and bustle of a typical wedding day but much simpler, much sweeter.

I was asked to photograph a small short ceremony and take some family shots...and in my own style, I arrived early and stayed late and wanted to do so much more than "just" those photos. I had the best time and I was welcomed at the dinner table as if I was part of the family (for AMAZING food by the way!!!). They deserved wedding photos that showcased their love, the day and their new life together.

Thank you Ernie and Deb for allowing me the honor of capturing your day. I was a beautiful wedding, you have a wonderful family and I wish you a long, happy life together.  Congratulations!
